Scale: 100%

How to Resize & Rescale a PDF

  • Upload the PDF you want to resize.
  • Use the slider to choose a scale between 50% (half size) and 200% (double size).
  • Click Resize & Rescale to create a new PDF with all pages proportionally scaled.

Example

A landscape architect has a set of A1 drawings that are too large for standard printers. Rescaling to 50% shrinks every page proportionally to A2 size while maintaining the exact layout and proportions of the original.

Common Use Cases

  • Scaling down large-format PDFs for home or office printing.
  • Ensembling small PDF thumbnails into larger, presentation-ready pages.
  • Uniformly resizing all pages in a multi-page document to match a target paper size.

FAQ

  • Does this change the page dimensions or just the content? Both — the page canvas and all content are scaled together, preserving the original layout at the new size.
  • What happens to text quality? Vector text remains sharp at any scale. Raster images within the PDF may appear softer when scaled up beyond their native resolution.
  • Is my file uploaded anywhere? No — rescaling happens entirely in your browser.
